DavidSW - Goes Above and Beyond!!

I bought my first Rolex, beautiful green 16610LV, a few weeks ago from DavidSW. I was not expecting anywhere near the level of service and care I got when purchasing my watch through him. The watch arrived the next day and he even followed up to make sure I was happy with everything.

The next part really impressed me. I originally purchased the watch without the warranty card included. I received a call from DavidSW two weeks later letting me know that he was able to retrieve the original warranty card and wanted to overnight it to me. I was thrilled. I offered to pay for the overnight but he refused to let me pay. He just told me that he was happy to send it to me and he just wanted to make sure I was happy with the whole transaction.

If you’re a first time buyer like me, DavidSW is your guy!!!
