Comparison Shots of Different Royal Oaks!!!!
I decided to post some comparison shots of different Royal Oaks as many of you ask frequently how big one watch wears compared to others. Here we have my Royal Oak ref. 15300ST (39mm), the ROO ref. 25721ST (42mm) and the ROO Diver ref. 15703ST(42mm). Regardless of the bad angle of my quick shots, it is very clear that the ROO Diver wears quite larger than the classic ROO because of its flatter bezel and the proportions of the dial.
Hope this helps for comparison purposes with so many of you adding APs to your collections.

Thanks for posting, that ROC deserves an award for that battle scar that it proudly displays, I love it, definitely adds character.

Watches are meant to be enjoyed. It hurt when I hit the bezel but now it adds character. I love my ROO.

This is very useful for comparing them. It surprised me how big the diver appears compared to the 15300. Thanks for this thread

great compar-o, thanks! lovely watches.
if i can say one thing, setting up the picture so that the smallest watch is set back and the largest watch is set forwards does tend to accentuate the difference (at least, that's how the first picture strikes me). |

Yes I agree but that's on the first couple pictures. On the ones were the watches are on my arm the angle is almost even. Regardless of this, the Diver does wear way larger than the 25721ST.

Thank you Shannon. And you still have not seen my favorite that is currently being serviced in Le Brassus. It should be back in mid-August. Here's an old pic of it. It's a 5402SA from the mid 70's. Mine belongs to the first batch of the SS/18K version of the RO to come out after the release of the SS RO in 1972.

Wow! Great vintage piece, and matches that shirt perfectly!! I am considering a ROO (although might swallow me up, will definitely have to try on). Nice to see some
comparison shots of the ROO vs RO. |

You could always go with the Ladies ROO at 37mm. Perfect size for you. Just a tad larger than your RO Day-Date Moonphase.

Great pics...great watches. Nice Hal.....thanks for sharing
The diver always makes me look again! Such a stunner IMO. Not taking anything away from the others, but the balance on the diver of materials is just perfect.
