The different between SeadWeller 16600 and Rolex Submariner 16610

Can some one help me about the different ? and why the SeadWeller is quite more expensive then the 16610 ?

The SD bracelet is ref 93160 and is basically the same as on the 16610 subs,main difference polished sides to bracelet and the interchangeable divers extension link.The dial on the SD is 1mm smaller than the sub and SD crystal is 1-2mm thicker, the bezel on SD is 1mm wider than the sub but both 40mm across. The sub date weighs 135 grams and 13mm case depth, the SD 147 grams and 14.65mm case depth is not a huge difference.Plus the SD has a HEV valve which I doubt you would ever use, plus SD has no cyclops over the date and rated to a much higher water resistance plus slightly higher price.

The sub is an icon but there is something magic about the SD IMO

So the different of the outside looking is not much ? and can hardly be noticed except coming nearly to the wearer ?
And does they use the same Cal ? Thanks you
