The DDII felt too big on my 6.3-inch wrist too, but you're absolutely right about the Pt DDII: it simply has something that is irresistible. Maybe it's the platinum? Or the exclusivity? Or the enermous price tag? Or it's just simply beautiful?

Man I would love that watch but it would like kind of funny on my wrist whilst lounging in my double wide. Some things just dont go together.

I'll have to wait to see that one first hand, but I think the smooth bezel is an improvement over the fluted ones.

The jury's still out though.

I'm sure it's a stunning watch, regardless of my subjectivity.

The dial is certainly distinctive. I'd probably prefer it without the concentric circles.

Platinum only comes with smooth bezel. Fluted bezel is WG.
