16520 Daytona complete sets

How many Zenith Daytona owners have everything the watch came with new including both boxes, both hang tags, original warranty, booklets and anything else.

Wanna bet? A friend just bought an 18kt President from the original owner, and all that stuff was long gone. Original owner did not think it was importantr to keep and did not care. He did have a recent RSC plastic card though.

16520s didn't cost $10k - so if they were the original owner they prob didn't care about that stuff. Most of these watches are still well before the modern-day price hype.

You are correct at the time they sold, but a watch with acomplete set is selling for more than that today. Actually some are selling for as muchas a new 116520 or more.

Def true - I was just referring to the fact that at the time, preserving a "full set" wasn't so important as it is today.
