Help identifying this AP?

Hi folks,

Not an AP owner yet...

This watch came up in a local sale website and no information was given other than an asking price. Can someone here identify the watch and model number so I can check it out? I don't know if it's a fake or not so please be gentle. I do very much like the look so any help from experts here is appreciated.

I would also appreciate a ballpark figure for the value and service costs as it could be an old watch.

Many thanks!

It appears to be a Jules Audemars self-winding.

Here are a few more pictures from the seller. I have asked for more information but have yet to receive a reply. Apparently, it doesn't come with paperwork. The seller claims it to be about 12 years old. I'm curious as to a fair value for this watch.

As mentioned before it appears to be a Jules Audemars self-winding, however, the case back should've been a sapphire exhibition back. Perhaps it's an older model. If proven authentic and in the condition it is I would say $11-13K. You can find a new one with box and papers for $17.5-18.5K

Thanks for the information, Mr. H

The seller says it's roughly 12 years old but no other documentation comes with it. The asking price is roughly a third of your estimate and your comment on the case back also makes me wary. I would proceed only if the seller agrees to send this watch to APSC and we split the service fees 50/50. That should prove authenticity.

Thank you very much your help.
