Help on the next purchase
I currently have a m serial sub date and I'm trying to decide on the next purchase. I really like the no date subs, but on the other hand feel maybe a GMT would be a good next step. Thoughts? And at the moment both isn't an option...what would you do? :-)

We could tell you what we would like, but what would you like? Have you been to a dealer and tried them on? If you have, what do YOU think?

Lots of options. GMT-C maybe.
I'd go to an AD and try a bunch on. You'll leave with a good idea. Or you'll just want them all. |

Well, that's the problem. I tried them on hahaha...hmmm. I have a sub date, and didn't know if getting another, but with no date, would be sub overkill? Is there such a thing? I just love the subs so much.

Subs are awesome. If you love them start a sub collection. Do a search of "mike wood" and you'll soon see you can never have too many subs!

Are you buying to wear? Are you liking what you are wearing? Personally those are too similar and I would be looking at something else either from Rolex or another brand, but as others have said it is your money and your choice.

I might be biased since I love my subs, but I think there is no such thing as sub overkill.
If I were you, since you already have a 16610, I would maybe consider a 114060 once the prices on the secondary market go down. |

I think you should branch out and go with the GMTIIC or even look at the Explorer II. You already have one Sub so spice things up a little.

Maybe go out on a limb for the Datejust?

If you want another sporty/pro watch, then try the GMT II C and the Explorer II (42 mm)
Don't overlook the Milgauss, as long as you don't mind a no-date watch

I have the sub non date and have just acquired a GMT master II along with Pepsi bezel, I am now searching for another GMT feature watch and the Explorer II 42mm is singing out! need to try one on first though, I usually end up choosing black faced over white when given the option especially when it's Matt!

If you already own a sub, then a GMt would be a nice compliment
