Beverly Hills is not set up to provide any paperwork at this point in time. After they serviced one of my watches, they said that all the paperwork would be mailed to me later from the Dallas RSC. I did receive a letter indicating replacement value for insurance purposes which they included free with the full service on the watch for which I paid. I am still awaiting the paperwork itemizing/invoicing the service which was performed, as well as the associated warranty after the watch was serviced.
