What year did the ceramic bezel come into play and did they do it to all the watches at the same time? or Date Code was it after M or before?
any intel is appreciated

Ceramics were introduced with the GMT II in 2005 precious models, then each year a different model variation, or model, was introduced. The Stainless Steel Sub 114060 and Rose Gold Daytona are the latest; intoduced this year.
