Squeaky Bracelet
I just bought my GV yesterday and I noticed the bracelet is rather squeaky when it moves. Has this happened to anyone else? Maybe it just needs to loosen up a bit. Any thoughts?

I suggest you search old threads. I believe this has been covered at great lengths. It will go away.

In a month from now you'll be missing the squeaks. That's when you realize it's not a new watch anymore.

Supplied free with each new Rolex bracelet
Newer models have a 'maxi squeak'

I understand that if you immerse it in bacon fat for 5 minutes, let it drain on some paper towels for a while, it will never squeal.... errrrr, squeak again..
plus it smells good too.. (disclaimer, I have not tried this method, so use at your own risk)

New watch squeak... Gotta love it. It's like new car smell and new sneaker smell. Enjoy it while it lasts.

If anyone was curious the soap and warm water took the squeak away. I was going to let it go but it was getting annoying lol.
