16800 now has proper bezel crown.

I had traded my GMT for this Submariner matte dial 16800 fairly recently. The seller pointed out the aftermarket bezel insert that he had installed, and I happen to notice that the crown felt more worn than my other 16800- it's crown has more bite to it.

I was able to get both items replaced with Rolex parts at a Ben Bridge (AD) store. It repair included all new gaskets and seals. Lastly, since I already have a 16800 on a oyster bracelet I decided to put this matte dial Sub on a Spiedel strap. Couldn't be happier with the results, I just love the look, the quickset date feature, the glass- and the whole package...

one of my favorite model 16800's.
Glad to see you've cared for it with great respect.
