Removing links and small wrists
Hi ! Quick question. When i bought my SD, i originally had chosed the sub w. date but due to the fact that only 2 links could be removed ended up buying the SD as 3 links could be removed and so it could fit my wrist without further work.
Going forward, I want to go the the Daytona Cosomograph in steel, will i have the same problem ? Whats the best way to approach this ? Thanks in advance, |

No worries, after a few weeks of wearing the SD you'll be two link sizes bigger

I believe you can remove up to 4 links on the Daytona. So it shouldnt be a problem.

Actually there are people that remove more than 4 links because their wrist is way too small.

Yes, you can do that. But you would need to remove more links on the 12 o' clock side than the other side to get a centered clasp.

My soon to be wife had one permanent link removed from her Expy II bracelet to fit her. The link can be put back later if required and causes no major hassles. A lot of ADs would hesitate to do that, but luckily our AD is also a Rolex trained watchmaker.
