I work with the feds in El Paso and once saw , , ,

a guy with a Red SubDate pull into my inspection area. I asked him about the watch and what he knew about it. He stated that his father had left it to him and he wore it as he had no other watch. I started to cry :)

He was oblivious as to the value / rarity and thought the red "looked cool"

Professional conduct was the only reason I did not offer to buy it on the spot. Very cool day for an "in the wild" sighting.

I do see a lot of other Rolex models day-to-day though.
