My Custom Bally Shoes finally Showed Up.

My new custom Bally's Came in! Among Watches and Pens, my other vice is shoes!!!
I was a nike only kind of guy for so many years, and after years of constant nagging from my wife I caved in and bought a pair of prada driving shoes. Now after she knows how much these shoes cost she probably wished I went back to sneakers.
My special order Bally Shoes finally came in.
Bally had a special order event at Saks October.
They are very comfortable.
The "B" bit is solid sterling silver.
They have a cool logo on the bottom of the shoe.
You name is handwritten on the inside of the shoe by the guy who made it.
Each shoe is supposed to handmade and hand dyed. Although in the pic the shoe looks black, in the light it is supposed to be a dark black, splotchy grey effect.
It came with a cool shoe tree, that fits my shoe perfectly.

They remind me of Johnston & Murphy's!

Great looking shoes, both brands have.

Amazing looking! Congrats to you - a nice pair of shoes will last a very long time. I love the "B" in sterling silver and the sole is awesome. Wow.

Nothing like handcrafted shoes and boots. Recently have gotten into some better quality stuff. A pair of Alden "Indy" boots that are amazing and just added a 3rd pair of Allen Edmonds (the "Strand" model).

Nice shoes...I love my Ballys, they are my everyday work shoes and are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I would love to get a custom made pair if given the opportunity.

I know this pair is more expensive than that, but I paid $179 for a pair of driving Bally at Tyson's Corner (DC) and found the same pair costs about $300 in Dubai!
May I know how much your custom pair cost?

Beautiful shoes, and just my size! Bally are superb quality. My Mum used to work at their H/O and factory in Schoenenwerd, back in the 50s/60s, helping design their 'international' collections. I still have a sample pair from her last collection, which I gave to my wife. Later, in the 70s, we used to go back there, and we'd all get shoes; Mum & Dad, of course, and me and my bro got all our shoes for school, directly from the factory outlet. This was LONG before the US bought the company, back when Switzerland had some other good manufacturing industries, besides watches...
