Fantastic Cary !! you captured the Glacier dial perfectly. It is not easy as a lot of times it looks silver in pics. Cheers -Ron

has anyone had to replace the bezel on platinum? there is no doubt its going to get scratched, just seems everywhere i read that this type of metal is much softer, and i guess i have to accept the at some point, there is going to be some 'beauty marks' - might be able to get buffed out, but there is such a wide exposure for nicks and damage on the front on the watch that surely its going to happen,
anyone have an idea of what a new bezel will cost. just saying, i will probably keep this watch a long time, so was just curious since most of you on this forum know quite alot more than me on watches. |

I remember, I was browsing window display and trying to pick my first Rolex that I would like to own. That was before I have any Rolex product knowledge. I picked DDII glacier blue by design. Excited I am going in to ask about the price, walked out with a shock and leave empty handed with disappointment.
Congrats to you. |
