Like the new ceramic best, have owned both. Think my biggest reason though is due to the fact I wear my bracelet kinda loose, don't really have much in the way of wrist bones so it slips. The older style would slip down while running, swimming, and other exercise and the two crown protectors were like little knives. They would leave marks on the back of my hand. Curious to know if I am the only one with this complaint/problem with an older Sub. The one prior to my ceramic was made in the 80's. No problem with my new Rolex.
