DD II Dial choice decision

I am looking to purchase a YG DD II. Although I am the first to advise others to buy what sings to them, I am looking for some feedback to assist my decision making. Since I already have a champagne dial YG Yachtmaster, I've narrowed my list down to either black or white dial with roman markers.
I'm not partial to wave or concentric and readability is a factor I weigh quite heavily. I see many great photos of white dials on the forum but never a black one. I wonder why....
Any input would be appreciated. Thank you in advance. FWIW I'm a young 60 year old !

I love the black dial, gold romans, the black and gold have a beautiful contrast.

I like the white dial/Roman in Rose gold.

... Though I don't know if they make the DD II in Rose?

They do make the DD II in rose gold. The rose gold with a chocolate dial is stunning, reference 218235. I think the reference is the same for the black, white, & chocolate roman numeral dials all set in rose gold.

Have you looked at the chocolate dial? It's doesn't come across too well in pictures, but in person, it's a stunner! From what I've heard at my AD, and on the forums, chocolate seems to be a pretty popular dial for the DDII.
