I debated posting this and figured better safe than sorry. The case looks awfully thick, I seem to recall that engraving on the caseback is not Rolex and the cyclops looks too big.

Definitely some women's rolexes have the case back engraving. my wife's does, but im not sure of the year without looking at the paperwork.

Some older ladies Rolexes do have case back engravings and the cyclops can look odd on a ladies Rolex.
I'm not too knowledgeable on ladies Rolexes. So I cannot make a call on authenticity.
