100% guarantee authentic Rolex 6694 17J stainless steel manual wind date watch which has Montres Rolex SA 6694 marked on the inside case and Montres Rolex SA 17 Jewels 400 1215 is marked on the movement. 140XXXX marked on one side case and 66XX is marked on the other side. Rolex logo is marked on the screw down crown. The width of the watch without the crown is about 33mm and about 42mm length from top to bottom lugs. The width between the lugs for the band is about 19mm. Watch runs and date function works fine. Nice watch except aged on the dial and minor scuff on the back case. This is what I would call a Rolex with a lot of character. I would recommend an overhaul to make it like brand new and waterproof.
