As an inexperienced Rolex owner but a very experienced ebayer, i avoid listings such as these like the plague. Firstly, stock photos of a $10k + item which the seller admits to not having in hand, secondly he has never sold a Rolex and nothing over $1000 in the last year. I thnk your guess of a stolen account is correct, but you never know...

The simple violation of this listing is that the seller is claiming on the listing that the item location is in Australia when in it is elsewhere, thus the violation is a "misrepresentation of location."
