At first sight it looks good, but pictures are not very good and there is none picturing the watch or the ROLEX scroll dead on.

You might be better off with this post in the Wach Out section.

Thanx for that. Should i repost or can the moderator do a 'transfer'?
I have been looking at the pics countless of times and was convinced it was genuine. Seller seems to be a nice chap with a 100% feedback. So i submitted a ridiculously low offer of $3100 hoping for some bargaining to commence and to my surprise he accepted! Not sure if im elated or worried 😕 $3100 is a good grand lower than market value. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Always remember that you need to buy the seller. There is nothing stopping an unscrupulous seller from posting pictures of a legitimate watch, and then shipping a fake (or shipping nothing).
If the price is too good, I would be wary. |

Here is the item -
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Beautiful-Ro...p2047675.l2557 It is an older model 14270 and certainly not a 114270. It says "T" serial number from 1996 or a little later. The EXPLORER should have a 78360 bracelet but it shows a 93150 which is for the EXP II. I won't buy it if I were you. Something is deadly wrong in representing the watch. |

Thanx guys. Yup did not end up buying as the folks on watchuseek blew the whistle too. It seems the dial is wrong too with "SWISS MADE" instead of "T<25 SWISS"
I guess if its too good to be true it usually is! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
