Collection - must have pieces

Hello guys,

I started to trying to make a collection of my own. In years of course. What are the must-have pieces of every collection? For example what Rolex should every watch enthusiast have in his collection? Same as AP, Patek, IWC etc...

My current watch list is as goes ;

Patek Philippe 5550p Limited Edition of 300
Audemars Piguet Michael Schumacher Rose Gold Limited Edition of 500
Audemars Piguet Panda
IWC Top Gun Chronograph
IWC Regulateur

There are some others not worth mentioning actually, I'm going to sell those. My current short-list includes a Patek Philippe 5270g, a classic Rolex Daytona Steel Black Dial, Rolex Yacht-Master II Steel and Rose Gold, Audemars Piguet 15400.

Waiting for your opinions and suggestions.

Cheers,

Salih

Panerai Luminor ( 111 for example)
Rolex steel submariner
Zenith El Primero
JLC Reverso
...

My favorite ... Zenith TYPE 20 ( 5011 K movement)

Not to be flip about it, but the only "must haves" are the ones you must have.
