My apologies Mike but I'm not sure, did this man do the PVD work on your Panerai? Looks like quite a good job indeed!

My friend asked Jack today about overhauling a 'generic' 45 yr old seiko.
Estimated time is 6 months for movement work.
Suggest you give him a call before sending watch in.

I've heard nothing but good stuff about him. I've called him a couple of times and he is a pleasure to deal with.

Yes he bead blasted the watch and then DLC PVD coated it. Took six weeks but it was exception work.

I disassembled and shipped the parts requiring coating. He can also disassemble if required.

Jack at IWW is great. I had him do some mods on a Seiko SKX007 for me years ago. He also restored a 1960s Israeli Military Longines Chronograph for me and repaired the bezel on a Marathon GSAR under warranty. Then he restored a Vietnam era Benrus diver to lovely condition. I was very satisfied will all the work.
