Purchased new in Feb. 2012, has just over a year left on factory warranty. Both boxes, books, card, all links. Near-Mint condition with "desk diving"-type faint scratches (worn most days carefully since new). Never polished. Later model with easy-link and smooth-sided flip-lock (no visible hinge pin).
