Thoughts on offer

new poster, long time browser.

anywho - its been a few years since I bought my last rolex and have the itch again. I'm looking for a subc and my local AD offered me $7,400 out the door for a brand new one today.

I presume this is a pretty good price, was just hoping to gauge the general feel of the community here and see if there is a generally negotiated percentage off these days (guessing its somewhere between 5-20% based on dealer, inventory, model, etc)...

thanks!

116610LN? If so, that's a super good deal.

Good deal - there's no 'general' discount - lucky to get any on a SS sports model. Usually get deals more easily on TT ones...

Thanks guys - very helpful info. I should have been more clear initially; it is a SS date, 116610

I think that's a good deal, ad by me on Long Island wants 8,500 for the date version. That was of course before any conversation of a discounts came up between us.

I think that's a very good deal on a brand new SS Sub. Personally I'd jump on that.

Just look at the for sale section on here, pre-owned are only a couple hundred cheaper. I would pay $200 more to buy from an AD and have it new.

Sounds like a good price to me for a new customer. Most AD's won't "discount" a 116610 more than shipping the watch to you out of state to save tax.
