Rolex Sub 116610lv...Polished vs non-polished?

Can someone describe the difference between a polished vs non-polished sub 116610lv model? Pictures showing the difference would be great. Thanks in advance for any information you can share on this subject.

I have a hard time telling. That's why I like lug holes, you can tell a lot easier.

All 116610LV are exactly the same when they leave the Rolex factory apart from the case serial, and its doubtful if any 116610LV has been polished yet as its a relativity new released watch.

There is no "polished" version of the 116610LV. The sides of the case, bracelet, and clasp are polished on all stainless steel the subs. On the two tone subs and yellow and white gold subs, the center links on the bracelet are also polished.

Only dial and bezel colors differentiate LN vs LV. However, the nicest LV I've ever seen had the center links polished a la LB. It looked very sharp!

I've photoshopped mine to see how it looked. I've debated doing it, but since I just got the GMT with PCL, I'll stick with the Hulk as is....for now.

I think that you may be reading about the incorrectly used term "polishing" for a refinished bracelet during a service. Some like to have the bracelet refinished to a factory finish (whicfh is brushed, not polished) while others like to have it left alone so no metal is removed..

When selling some sellers use the term "never polished" to mean that it has not been refinished. A Rolex is seldom ever actually polished except for the center links and case sides...
