Two tone or not to tone....help?

Q: I am looking at buying a pre loved Rolex, either a DJ or a GMT. I strongly prefer the Jubilee bracelet. My question, especially to ladies, is this: if the watch has a black face, which I definitely want, and stainless bracelet, do you prefer two tone, ie ss and gold? On one hand I like the extra pop of the gold. On the other hand, does it look too.....cheesy, too 1980s MiamiVice perhaps?

Does it matter that I am an attorney, ie perhaps clients want to see the bling, it alternatively, they resent it and it calls too much attention to itself? Sometimes it's a fine line between elegant and blingy.

Does it matter that I have a light olive skin tone? I tend to think gold doesn't look good on me but I am wondering if anyone else has had thisU dilemma....

It won't be too blingly, don't worry about that. I used to be concerned about people noticing my two tone DJ, but not anymore. No one notices except other people that like watches. Besides most other people are walking around wearing 40+ mm monstrosities these days anyways. Your DJ will look quite understated by comparison.
