X2

OP: I would go for ER with pink dial and black subdials. If you need to tone it down you can wear it on a nice leather band ocassionaly.

If white gold this is the dial I would choose (pic borrowed from Tony - justrolexes)

Buy the Everose because it is just so much more beautiful esp with black dial combo, and then buy an Omega or Tag SS to wear when you dont want any attention. Sorted.

I would go ER, but get them both side by side and I think you will know which one you are more attracted to. Forget the investment potential or what anyone else says. It's your watch, buy it for you.

Sam Philip: did you Malaysian friend also mention the state of safety and security in Kuala Lumpur? Haha

Yeah, I think I'll just compare both and make my choice when I pick it up

I know both are gold and both cost the same. I like the WG for its subtlety, but the ER for how it stands out. If I get the WG, I could wear it more often without the unnecessary attention, yet the my inner "chinese" feels that the ER is a better buy as an investment.

Any ideas and opinions?
WG all the way!

When you feel like toning down the gold model you can always put it on leather. It's the bracelet that really stands out IMO. Plus strap changes are fun :)

Forget them both. Buy stainless, maintain the same look and invest the difference

ER - much more subtly than YG, but for me classier than WG.

Some colleagues of mine throw the ER w/ Blk dial on leather, to tone them down further, and its easy to swap the bracelet back on when you choose...

While I think you have a beautiful watch, I hate to hear that you "settled". Never settle, you got to love it bro!

Very Nice! Congrats!

Please post more pics. Will like to see more close-up shots. This is a model also on my radar, but not for a while until I can cough up a higher watch budget.

Been stalking that one myself. Loving the Daytona the more I wear it, except for when I need to check the date
