I have the ExpII and yes that polished part does stick to the skin and I love that it does because it helps keep the watch from slipping down over my wrist bone on to my hand. I don't think brushed metal will stick any less than poilshed metal. I think it is also happening because the head is heavier and forces the clasp to "dig" into the bottom of yoru wrist at and angle, which helps it stick to your wrist. I'd absolutely hate if my entire watch kept slipping all over my wrist. I think it looks terrible when men wear watches that loose.
