The best clasp I have is actually on my Omega Ploprof. Its big and beefy but I have never seen a clasp that actually "balances" a watch so well. Also the same clasp is used for the mesh bracelet and rubber straps so you can swap it easily.
For Rolex I prefer the DSSD to the Sub adjustable clasp. I hate wearing solid clasps now that you can't adjust as the day gets warmer.....

Excluding the actual clasp that many have mentioned, my favorite bracelet is from the president.
I love the design. And it's super comfortable.

Glashutte Original Sport Evo bracelet: it has a brilliant microadjust feature in which the logo on the clasp is a hidden button, which when depressed allows you to adjust the size by up to 1mm with several increments so perfect sizing is guaranteed. It's the easiest microadjust I've ever seen, if you swell/shrink can have a perfect fit in a second or two.
It's also the easiest to size in my collection: there's a small spring-loaded screw in the middle of each link, to remove you push down and turn it a half turn, at which point you can then push out the pins with a toothpick. Remove link, slide pins back in, turn screw back to its original position, pops up, bracelet locked in place. Takes less than a minute to add/remove a link, and that's if you take your time. It's also a gorgeous bracelet, workmanship is incredible.
