I got an email from an AD saying that Tudor prices are increasing 5% as well.

Get your pretzels, your red hot pretzels.

Same crappy sales tactic.

Look, if it goes up 5% on a 7-10k watch that's $350-500... Is that going to make you not buy a watch? Hopefully not.

And people that buy a Rolex for the 'investment' component... Will $300-500 change your life?

I don't buy what I can't afford and I don't bank on a Rolex as an investment. It's an accessory that feels damn good to wear :)

Don't tell me you buy all your stuff at Full Retail prices I mean wouldn't you ask for a promo discount or a rebate on a luxury car purchase?

Everyone wants a good deal on all purchases whether it's a new car, a house, tech gadgets, guns, clothes and shoes. Same goes with a Rolex purchase.

Wow. I love that line. It seems like you are insinuating that people who are worried about the $300-$500 Rolex price increase shouldn't be buying a Rolex watch because they can't afford the watch anyway (if they worry about the $300 increase).
