State of the Collection, starting 2006!!

Let's see 'em people!! What is in the current collection to start the new year? You can be pretty sure it will be different from the end of the year collection for me.

Here is where I stand as of the first week of January 2006.

Padi, I know the crowns are down on two, but they make them look bigger.

Three amigos, my perfect number of watches.

The two little guys teaming up on the big boy....

Bracelet buddies.

Gotta tell you guys, I am already confused which watch to take to Hawaii, the leader in the clubhouse is the 88 though. Although with the ocean I may need some metal on my wrist.

Let's see 'em, current collection pics wanted!!

Unfortunatley my collection will be the same at the start of 2007 as it is now.
Otherwise my wife will kill me.Please excuse the Marine Diver ( Pamerai lookalike, fake, homage or whatever you want to call it )
Here it is.

Hey SD, how's the Panny hommage holding up?

Currently in my box are the ExpII and the Black Monster. Pix are around here somewhere.

Here's what I'm starting 2006 with. In all likelihood, if we do this again in 2007, the pics and collection will be the same.

The Rolex group

JLC RG Master Geographic

Girard Perregeuax ww.tc

Oris Classic World Timer

Omega X-33 Moon Watch

and the newest addition, just under the wire in 2005:

Breitling Navitimer Olympus

Ed, you need to pick up another watch to make it a perfect 10. Are they mostly on winders?

One more will likely be grounds for divorce. You should have seen the look I got when Arleen spotted the Breitling.

And yes, they are all on winders except the one I wear. The problem is I have a quad, a triple and a single winder. Which means I have to always be wearing one of the autos and my quartz Omega X-33 mostly sits in the box. I pull it out when we walk on Sundays and when I'm sitting on the beach so I can time when to turn over.

(Oops, I just realized I do have a 10th - the Omega. Gotta go back and fix that post. )

The Panny (hommage,fake,rip-off etc ) is holding up well thanks. It doesn't get a lot of wrist time with the SD about but I like to put it on sometimes and imagine what life would be like with a Panerai ! Actually come to think of it life would be ended because my wife would kill me.

Ed, I like that JLC, the Dualmatic MC may be the next target.

I like the Omega, SD. Good looking dress watch. Elegant in its simplicity.

Thanks Ed, the green Raymond Weil was a bit of a mistake, I thought it looked good at the time.

Great collection, Bruce. That Citizen 8700 looks like something I could really go for.

Great collection Bruce. I had a Hamilton Khaki auto for about a year and sold it off. I liked it but just didn't wear it enough
