Date just real?

I am looking to buy my first Rolex tomorrow. The individual is willing to meet at a local ad and has provided a serial number consistent with the stated time period for the watch. I just want to make sure I am not wasting my time or money before I drive down to look at the watch. Thanks in advance. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1371010486.004404.jpg

Not sure what we can tell you if you are meeting at an AD?

Be careful, to me it looks like he's trying to get the point across that he's bringing a weapon...

If you pursue this and are new to buying Rolex, be sure to check the condition of the bracelet. An older DJ Jubilee bracelet can have an unacceptable amount of stretch.

I'm a little concerned about the visual presentation here, too...don't go alone.
