Does the new sub wear bigger than the older sub?

Does the 116610 wear bigger than the 16610 even though they are both 40mm?

No question......yes it does!

All aspects of the 116610 are 'bigger' than the 16610. Lug thickness, crown guards, and larger bezel insert, all add up to an eye perceptive larger case.
Factor in the maxi dial (larger lume hour dots), and you've a larger watch in perspective between one an other!!

Yes! With the wider lugs, chunkier hands and maxi dial. It all adds up to that feel.

I'd like to offer an opposing opinion - but I can't. Definitely more wrist presence.

Yes agree and that's about it a optical allusion that it wears bigger, the extra weight just around 7 grams is just the different clasp and ceramic bezel and insert. But that would depend on what power loupe you were gazing at your watch with at the time.

I know that in pics it looks like it would. I'm surprised that someone hasn't posted up a wrist comparison pic, I know that they're out there.

My buddy has the 16610 and I have the 116610. It was noticeable right away that mine wears and just over all feels bigger. Personally I love the 116610. Guess I better its the one I bought :-)
