I completely disagree with you Peter. When you're selling a luxury product you should be expected to know details and small changes to your product line. These ADs are selling watches that cost more than some people spend on cars, or even homes in some cases, being informed of changes to their product line is a basic detail they should be aware of. Changes as minor as font on a sub dial I agree, that's ridiculous and unnecessary, but a completely different dial that changes the outward appearance of the watch should be on the ADs radar.

For me personally, I'm much more likely to buy from a salesman that knows his product inside and out than from one I need to educate myself.
