"Full ice" Rolex??
Hi guys,
Got a newbie question; What does full-ice Rolex mean? Is it a custom/modified Rolex with diamonds all around? Or does Rolex release these types of watch as standard? Anyone has them? :D |

Some Rolex models (GMT's, Daytona's, Day-Date's and Datejust's) will come out with factory diamonds on their dials, cases and bracelets. You will find them in catalogues at times and some have been released at Basel 2012 and 2013. I have also seen such models at AD's as well.
However, you must make sure that you can make the difference between those and a custom job as the latter, however nice it is, can affect the price of the watch should you want to resell it. P.S.: Some members own or have tried these watches, I hope they will chime in soon as some of those look great!

Ice leaves me cold. However, the DJ 116199SANR with rubber strap in white gold is Amazing! I know it's gaudy but that's its charm
