Watch is designed for left hand, hence the crown is on the right!

Being left handed, I usually wear it on the right. My bigger watches feel more natural on the right (Tissot Sea Touch, Pam 112 etc.) However, smaller watches like to Sub and others I tend to wear on the left.
I would suggest to try to wear your watch on the other hand for a day or two. You'll be surprised how fast you become accustomed to it.

On the left, unless my gf is sitting to my left and wants to hold my hand then it's on the right wrist. Don't want her jewelry messing with my Rolex!

I am left handed and wear all my watches on my left wrist always have. Funny thing though...when I see someone wearing a watch on their right wrist I always think to myself...wow that looks uncomfortable!!!
