At the AD to compare my YMII and the SkyDwellers!
Well, just thinking more and more about getting a SkyDweller so...
even peeked at this??... at the end of the day while the SD was awesome in person and the size and weight fit my bill, it looked too monochrome for me the dial and watch all YG seemed washed together, while the YM with the white face and blue bezel really gets me oh well will keep looking!! have a good day tom |

I think you made a wise choice - otherwise you'd have to memorize another unique and complex programming language with the SD.

For me the only SkD I like is the RG which would make nice compliment to your YMII IMHO. Just can't warm up to the YG and WG ones. Cheers,

I agree the RG is the nicest!! I just don't do leather straps, so if was RG on bracelet then probably would have pulled the trigger
I knew most on this forum would go WG over YG but been there done that and at that price point if buying gold, its going to look like gold!! well since I havent seen this in the metal before and a disappointed AD brought them in for me to see and I didnt buy one, I thought the least I could do was share the pics!! |

Anything but the one on the left. I think I'm in the minority on this one!

I also think the current SkyDwellers are a bit limited in contrast with the nod going to the WG but only barely. Then again, my main criticism of the YM2 is the lack of a black and gold model. I don't like blue and yellow gold in general so the blue bezel is a turn off. A black one would be awesome! The WG YM2 is very nice.

I much prefer your YM2 over anything else in your photos.

Tough choice indeed. I've been bouncing back and forth between them as well. I want something in YG and the SKD and YMII both are great options. The RG SKD looks great if it only came on a bracelet and not a strap. Decisions decisions.....

Completely agree about the dial contrast on the YG SkyDweller. Love your yellow gold YM2.

The YM2 in YG is awesome! Alternatively the Sub and GMT are great. Would complement your 218206 nicely. |

neither works for me... the RG maybe but on bracelet.
the fluted bezel is also a bit of a fail
