I remember my AD mentioning, that the Rolex main service center in Geneva (Lausanne?) always close totally for a long period of time during the Swiss summer holiday.

Does anyone know the exact month/months?

They always have a massive service backlog after the holidays, so I'm trying to avoid sending a watch in for service at the wrong time.

This is definitely the case in Sweden, I wouldn't be surprised if the same goes for Switzerland.

They are not closed at all.

Service time is 6-8 weeks as usual
