Congratulations...
I bought the white dial 40mm Explorer II just as it was being discontinued and your watch was being introduced. I love mine and think the new one is smashing, too. Enjoy... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD |

Ok. Please take this in jest. Please take this as if I were talking to one of my buddies.
Sitting in a bar, in another airport. Two days up at 4:30, two cities. Heading home tonight. Disclaimer done: You sir, are a bastard. I was content not buying new watches. I had been thinking about this or that, I had a few posts pondering, I decided against it. Then I see this beautiful watch (that I have had and sold before) sitting on your wrist. It looks perfect. I continue to check the thread. I continue to admire how it looks. I continue to ponder. Finally, I can't take it anymore. It looks so good in your pics, I text DavidSW. Damn it. I even asked about a few models to check options. Of course, this is what he has, of the few I inquired about. Shocker, he has one in stock. He's really just too good. Clearly, it was meant to be. It will arrive tomorrow. It's your fault. Your pics look amazing!!! Bastard.

Good morning all! (this side of the woods at least).
Surprised to see there's more Exp II fans out there than I thought. Before I bought this watch I read a few reviews/threads and about 90% of Rolex fans seemed to favour the GMT IIc. One reason in fact I wanted to get something a little different. P.S. After "our first night together" I can confirm that Chromalight does indeed glow consistently through the whole night for at least 8 hours! :-) |

Oh boy you "shouldn't" have flipped that beautiful baby - you "should" feel insanely guilty about that! Good man, you go pull the trigger and get her back, she's well worth it! Post back with pics! |

Great watch - here in Singapore, it's relatively unpopular, which is fine by me because I got it at a great price!

It is not going anywhere this time. It really is an absolutely beauty. I can barely wait to get home and size this puppy up. Its a really nice contrasting watch with a great pop. Super crisp and clean.

Yes, she is a real beauty, as a couple of guys pointed out, what really stands out about this watch is the amazing pure bright white dial and contrasting super crisp and clear markers/hands! Its simplicity is its beauty. Ive found it the most legible watch Ive owned, especially in low light conditions where youd struggle with a dark dial. Im glad these are not as popular as the Subs/GMT's, as I can walk around town and not see myself coming the other way! Lol (just one of the many reasons I went for it).
