Icon20 Winding parameters/rotations for Rolex watches

Hi,
IŽd like to know how many rotations per day my Rolex watches need in the watch winder. Does anybody know where to find such an information?

Thanks!

Based on my experience, 100 minutes of slow pace can supply full energy for more than a day if you don't wear it at all.

They need around 650-750 turns a day just to keep them ticking, but its best to manually wind fully before you put it on the machine.Like on the wrist even on a machine you cannot over-wind,once mainspring is fully wound a mechanism in the spring barrel just slips to prevent over-winding..
