Not bad, Mike.

A bit of constructive criticism: that shot's a bit noisy (grainy), and I suspect it's a combination of low light and high ISO. The sensors on compact cameras are prone to noise because of their small size (often traded off for more optical zoom).

Try setting it at ISO100, making the f-stop number as low as possible, and maybe a shutter speed of 1/60 second, IS on, and get enough light on the watch. That should eliminate the noise.

Clean up the dial just a bit and you are good to go!

You don't need a ring flash - just bounce some bright light off a piece of paper:

Mike, it won't make a difference - like me, you're already in an institution. It's called marriage.

Well, my wife knew right from the start that I was a paratrooper - buyer beware and she knew exactly what she was in for.

One other tip: the good thing about the sapphire-crystal Rolexes is that the crystal's flat - move the camera just a bit and you eliminate reflection.
