This is definitely not a "100%" original watch. I would not be so forgiving of the seller at the price listed in the "buy it now". He may in fact know exactly what he has.

Exactly. Pretty bold statement in trying to sell a watch for $13,500 USD if he isn't absolutely sure. We're not talking about a $50 dollar Timex here.
