It would be obnoxious if I dragged on and on about what a great experience I had with David as if I was the first one, so I won't.

But I want to be specific about a few things are really really important, at least to me.

1. Consistently prompt (aka, extremely fast) communication
2. Keen sense of customer service
3. Conscientious about timing and logistics
4. Fair/correct pricing

Short story short: I saw pics on a Wednesday morning, and I was wearing my new watch Thursday morning. No kidding. And we are just about as far from each other as two people can be and still be in the 48 states land mass.
