new purchase

Well...I have lost my mind and bought another Rolex. This time a 1500. What is it about me and 34mm watches? I really couldn't afford to spend that money on a watch, but the price was too good to pass up. Should be here before the end of the month.

From what I've seen, it wears larger than just 34mm. Clean simple lines, enjoy it.

You haven't lost your mind, just a little bit of cash in return for a lot of pleasure.

My new-to-me 1962 vintage 1500 arrived today! Had to remove the oyster bracelet since it was too short and added this old leather one. The watch runs great even though it is reading about 42 secs/day fast right now in all positions. I will get that adjusted out Monday. Hope it looks as good to you as it does to me!

Good to hear. I had begun to question my sanity, but after reading some other posts here I realize that even if I am crazy, I'm in good company.

Nice...

Really nice vintage watch... I have a similar looking 6565, although it hasn't left my wife's wrist after I took my one photo on my wrist..
