I think that in order to determine the stretch you have to hold the watch head in a straight verical position which in this case shows more stretch then the original picture.
Still not bad though but of course depending of the age of the watch. |

For a Presidential band, there is almost zero stretch present IMHO.

As others have said, looks pretty good. I've seen a few better but many more far worse. This one's got a lot of life left in it. Keep it clean and it'll last a very long time.
