Jubliee's hide scratches very well!

In case anyone was weighing the pro's and cons of jubilee vs. oyster when buying a DJ... this might be a consideration for you.

The jubliee bracelet is on my DJ that I have worn for years. Literally have worn it for months straight. You can barley see a single scratch in normal lighting.

The oyster is on my GMTIIC, and I have worn it very sparingly for over the course of only a few months.

The last is just a glamour shot.

Mine has some here and there but nothing serious, I don't have any Oyster bracelet to compare but surely the smaller links make it harder to notice hairlines.

Good to know. My mom has a 116200 with a super jubilee. Awesome bracelet. I wish it was available for more models like the 116300.

TT does too. I wore my TT jubilee almost everyday for about 8 months and never noticed a scratch on it.

Jubilees do hide scratches well & I hate scratches. That's why I despise PCL's & prefer brushed bracelets.

Agreed. The Jubilee hides scratches better than the president which is in turn better than the oyster bracelet.

Thanks, good to know. I was considering a jubilee bracelet on a beater I was considering for daily wear. You have helped me make up my mind.

True about the scratches but having worn watches with both style bracelets I prefer the oyster style as it feels more solid on my wrist and I just prefer it for that reason.

My jubilee hides the scratches very well. I guess it's the curved link that makes minimal contact with flat surfaces.
