I vote black.

The white dial, imo, is too stark in contrast.

Were as the black looks cool, especially with the orange hand.

Saw one of these in the wild and did not look good. The only thing that said Rolex about this watch was the bracelet.

Otherwise, I do no think this watch is very appealing to the eye. I know beauty is on the eye of the beholder, but when it comes to watches beauty has to manifest itself on the wrist of the beholder.

I would say pass on both and get that Sub or GMT that you always wanted...
