Lugs vs no lugs

Hello. I'm just curious about the difference between a sub with lug holes and no lug holes. Also why do so many people prefer the subs with lug holes? What is the attraction factor there?

without ,,, sleek and modern looking ,,, often solid end link bracelet ,,, harder to change straps or bracelets ,,, but ok if you have the tool , and have done it once or twice.

with ,,, vintage look , tool watch tough appeal , dead easy to swap out straps or bracelets

sel and with lug holes my ultimate option. but other than that ,,,, no odds ,,, just look at a lot of pictures and decide for yourself.

Thanks Sir. So it boils down to the ability to swap bracelet for straps ! I am a diving fan too.

Its the lug holes and acrylic crystal that give the vintage sport models their warmth and timeless appeal.

Watches without lug holes are like breasts without nipples.

I like the lugs holes, easier to change the bracelet.

I specifically looked for watches w/o the holes when I bought mine. I don't like the look and wanted the newer look. But I also don't plan on changing the bands on my watches.

i dont like lug holes at all,,, to me it dates the watch. I like a clean modern look. But I also dont understand why someone would switch out a bracelet for a non rolex strap. I'll leave the strap changing for Paneristi

That's one reason I like my SubC. No holes anywhere visible on the watch or bracelet. Fantastic design.
