What 18038 blue dial?

Dear guys,

I am very fortunate to acquire an (almost never worn?) 1980's 18038.

I have been told by a very good friend that it is very rare to get a like new condition 18038 complete with original president's bracelet.

Can you kindly help identify the dial, please.

Apology for the very bad picture quality. The dial is (blue?) with roman numerals but I have never seen this dial colour before. Searched numerous watch forums and commercials watch websites but never found the same dial colour.

Thanks for the help guys.

Best regards,
bbm

That's what I thought.

Your picture is not that great but it looks like a regular blue dial for that era.

Get better pics. I can hardly if the watch is yellow or white gold, it may just be me. I suspect the watch is yellow gold from the model number stated. Please take photos in daylight.
